Peter Tibbett, a Brisbane born National Serviceman served with 12 Field Regiment RAA in South Vietnam from 11 March 1971 until 5 December 1971.

Peter joined the RAA Association (NSW) on 21 July 1993 and in later years he established one of the first gunner websites. Over time he was an active web master of several Australian Artillery web sites. He was dedicated to all Veteran’s of all free world countries and has posted much information that would help all veteran on many issues such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and  Agent Orange.

Peter lost his wife some time before his death his funeral was held on 30 April. His brother and long time Regular Army Officer gave a fitting tribute to Peter at the funeral.
