On This Day Monday 13th May 1968 commencement of the Battle of Coral in which both 1st Battalion and 3rd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, are supported by 12th Field Regiment (Vietnam War).

102 Field Battery for its actions on the day has been awarded the only Honour Title in the Australian Army; it is officially known as 102 “Coral” Battery RAA
