Historical Specifics:

Following the conquest of Holland during World War I the main seat of power for the Dutch (apart from the Government in exile in London) was in their Colonial possession of the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia). They purchased a number of weapons from the US to bolster their defences but Batavia fell whilst this gun was being shipped from the US and it was landed in Australia.
